What's Included?

✓ Building report and contract review where relevant;
✓ Brief and budget assessment alongside local controls;
✓ 2 hour consultation at the property / remotely where we
discuss renovation options, estimated costs, the approval
process and timeframes;
✓ Preliminary layout ideas sketched on butter paper.
Typical Turnaround: 2-5 days. Exact time subject to availability.
