Explore the possibilities of your property alongside one of our skilled Architects or Town Planners, ready to answer all your questions and unveil the untapped potential of your home.
What's Included?
✓ Pre-assessment of property;
✓ Legislation and layout review;
✓ Building report and contract review where relevant;
✓ Brief and budget assessment alongside local controls;
✓ 1 hour consultation at the property / remotely where we
discuss renovation options, estimated costs, the approval
process and timeframes.
The focus of the advice will depend on who leads your Consultation— the Architect will provide a holistic view covering design, approvals, timeframes, and costs, while the Town Planner will focus more deeply on the approval process and regulatory requirements.
Typical Turnaround: 2-5 days. Exact time subject to availability.
